Barbara A. Quagliaroli

It is with great sadness that the family of Barbara Quagliaroli announces her passing on
December 27, 2018, at the age of 76, after a long battle with COPD. Barbara will be lovingly
remembered by her husband of 48 years, Louis, and her children Robert Marouski and wife
Debbie, Richard Marouski and wife Donna, Ann Williams and husband Brian, Jill (Quagliaroli)
Holman and husband Brian. “Grandma” will be greatly missed by her 10 grandchildren and 8
great grandchildren. Barbara was predeceased by son, Thomas Quagliaroli, and her sister, Martha
Jorgensen and is survived by sister, Margie Carella. Barbara resided in Willimantic, for most of 47 years,
where she made many lifelong friends. Barbara retired from Foxwoods, after 15 years of employment.
Barbara’s greatest passion was watching her family grow through the generations. She exemplified
strength, perseverance, and unconditional love, all through her memorable smile. Some of her favorite
things were Christmas movies, vacationing with family and friends, neighborhood card game nights and
playing bingo.

A funeral mass will take place Friday, January 4th, 11 A.M. at St. Mary Church, 46 Valley
Street in Willimantic. Followed by burial at St. Joseph Cemetery.
