Peter T. Coan

Peter T. Coan died on October 17 at The Pines of Bristol, Connecticut. He was 78 years old.
Mr. Coan was born in Bristol on January 9, 1940 to Hazel (Ludwig) and William R. Coan. He was employed for many years and retired from New Departure Hyatt and was a life member at the Bristol BPOE. Pete is survived by his son, Stephen Coan and daughter-in-law Amy; sisters Susan Lilley and her husband Edward of Harwich Port, Massachusetts; Nancy Coan of Terryville, Connecticut; brother David Coan and his wife Margaret of New Hampshire; grandchildren Stephanie Coan, Mark Glines and Shannon Glines all of Bristol; great-grandchildren Adrian, Anne-Marie and Jaelyn Glines all of Bristol. Mr. Coan was predeceased by his daughter and caregiver, Anne-Marie Coan.

There will be no calling hours. The family wishes to thank The Pines for their superb and loving care of Pete throughout the years. Donations in Peter's name may be made to The Pines of Bristol, 61 Bellevue Avenue, Bristol, Connecticut.
