Anthony Michael Risi

Anthony Michael Risi (“Tony”) passed away suddenly on Friday, December 16, 2022 in
Hartford Hospital, after succumbing to a brief illness. He was 52 years old. He had been
living in New Haven, CT, prior to his hospitalization and subsequent passing.

Anthony was born on Wednesday, September 16, 1970, in Stamford Hospital, Stamford, CT.
His parents were Lynnette (Groves) and Ronald Risi. He spent most of his childhood in
Stamford. He attended elementary school and middle schools in Stamford, and attended
high school in Norwalk, CT. For a portion of his adult life, he lived in Florida, until he moved
back to Connecticut in 2004.

Anthony was predeceased by his father, Ronald Risi, and a brother, Vincent Risi. Anthony is
survived by his mother, Lynnette (Groves) Steeves, who resides in Oxford, CT, three brothers,
Gregory Risi of Cape Coral, Florida, Matthew Risi of Oxford, Connecticut, and Nick Risi of Cape
Coral, FL and a sister, Katelyn (Risi) Putnam, who resides in Davidsonville, MD. He is also
survived by three nephews, Dominic Risi, who currently lives in Fort Stuart, GA, Ryan and Ty
Putnam, who reside in Davidson, MD, and four nieces, Victoria Lynn Risi and Abigail Grace
Risi, who live in Oxford, CT, and Adalynn and Emily Putnam, who reside in Davidson, MD. He
is also survived by many cousins and friends who will miss him.

The funeral home will handle arrangements. There will be no calling hours.
