Brenda Socha

Brenda C. Socha, 78 of New Britain, CT, peacefully passed away on July 21, 2021. She was born in New Britain CT, to the late Henry and Lillian Lestoric, where she attended New Britain High School and was a lifelong resident.

In life Brenda worked at SNET in hospitality services where she later retired after 25 years of service . Brenda had a love for and enjoyed traveling, camping and theater she had a very adventurous spirit. She had a great willingness to volunteer and did so as the Commissioner on the New Britain disabilities board. Brenda is survived by her daughter, Julieann Lewis (Husband) Shawn Nash, and Son David Berarducci (Wife)Becky. Her brother Raymond Lestoric of St. Petersburg Fla and Her grandchildren, Amanda Westerman, Rachel Cartagena and Zachary Westerman and her great grandchildren Jeremiah and Rae lynn.

She will be remembered for her sweet smile, her caring and gentle nature, her thoughtfulness and creativity, her resilience and strength, her spirituality and wisdom. 

Services will take place Wednesday July 28th, 2021 at 9am, at the Luddy-Peterson Funeral Home, located at 205 S Main Street in New Britain, CT 06051.
