David M. Bonczek

David Bonczek, 63, of Berlin, CT, (formerly of Plainville) passed away on December 6, 2022.  David was born in New Britain, CT, and was the son of the late Joanna “Joan” Bonczek and the late Stanley J. Bonczek. 

David is survived by his brother Richard Bonczek and his wife Rita of Travelers Rest, SC, Nephew Bryan and his wife Sonya of Chapel Hill, NC, Nephew Scott and his wife Samantha of West Hartford, CT, and Niece Helene of Charlotte, NC. He also leaves 15 cousins.

David spent most of his career in the Sales & Marketing area, mostly in the Industrial Sector.

David was an avid Yankee fan and listened to almost every radio broadcast.  David loved golfing and hosting his annual Kentucky Derby Party. He was very fond of his niece and nephews and talked about them all the time. 

The Memorial Service will take place on June 30, 2023.  There will be a Mass at Our Lady of Mercy Church in Plainville, CT, followed by a burial ceremony at Sacred Heart Church in New Britain, CT.
