Doris M. (Boucher) Boutin

Doris M. Boutin, 54, of New Britain, passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2018 with her loving family by her side. Doris was born in Canada to the late Lionel and Laurette (Michaud) Boucher.

In life, Doris was self-employed as a manicurist, loved to dance and to sing karaoke. She even ran the karaoke nights at St. Jean Baptiste Societe. She enjoyed going on cruises with her siblings and friends, trips to the casino, and being at the beach. She was a member of the St Jean Baptiste Societe women’s auxiliary.

Doris is predeceased by her parents and Sister Ginette Boucher of NH. Doris is survived by her son Wayne Boutin of AL; her loving fiancé, Michael Ayotte; five brothers, Ghislain and Terry Boucher of NY, Gaston and Loretta Boucher of NY, Jean Claude and Donna of GA, Daniel Boucher, Jules and Rose Boucher of New Britain; five sisters, Gisele Beaudet of Bristol, Ghislaine Boucher of Quebec, Colette Soucy and Rita Nadeau of New Britain, and Lucille Caron of Canada. She also leaves behind her lifelong friend Marita; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, June 11, 2018 at St. Mary Church, 544 Main St, New Britain, at 10AM, internment to follow.
