Emma Olivia Spenser

In her world she was known as Emma.
To her Family she is Alicia Hueston and always will be.
She was born September 3rd,1961, in West Hartford Connecticut. Alicia always said, “I wake up happy everyday”.

She had a great love for animals of all kinds and a nickname for many. Her pal “Spenser” or Lord Spenser Dudley was her greatest of all Loves.

Alicia found her calling within the health care industry as a home health aide. She filled her clients’ days with compassion and kindness, as well as helping her clients and their families through every phase of life with empathy, support and wit. Boy could she tell a story… 

She had the opportunity to live in many places up and down the east coast.
First growing up in Staten Island, NY. Then on to New Jersey, Virginia, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, loving the years spent on Nantucket. All before finding her home in Woodbury CT. IT WAS A PERFECT FIT.

Predeceased by her mother Katherine Elizabeth Hueston (née Paul) who passed in 1985, her father Joseph S Hueston who passed in 1996 and her special aunt Anne “Shirley” Migliori (née Paul) in 2023.

She is survived by her small but loving family. Her sister and brother-in-law Lisabeth and John Bird of Millstone Township, New Jersey. Cousins Debbie, Diana (Bob), Danielle (Brian), Desiree, Robert (Erica), Christina (Michael), Karl “Felly” (Theresa), Karen (Sean) and many Great Cousins.

Memorial Service and remembrance will be private.
