In Loving Memory of Issardas Pirthiani

May 31, 1940 – September 15, 2025

With profound sorrow, we announce the passing of our beloved father, Issardas Pirthiani,
held dear by his family as Dada, who left us peacefully at his home in North Branford, CT,
United States, on September 15, 2025, at the age of 85.

Born in Larkana, he was the cherished son of Mukhi Beekchand Pirthiani. After completing
his studies at Sindh University, Pakistan, he pursued a distinguished career as an Attorney.
His steadfast dedication to justice, integrity, and compassion for others earned him the
admiration and respect of colleagues, clients, and the wider community.

Beyond his professional achievements, Issardas was a man of warmth, generosity, and deep
devotion to his family. He delighted in bringing people together, whether over home-cooked
meals, shared stories, or joyful laughter. His fondness for the outdoors was matched only by
his love for food; especially his favorites, mutton pulao and pakoras, which he enjoyed with
true relish.

Always impeccably dressed, with a graceful charm and welcoming spirit, he left a lasting
impression on everyone he encountered. His kindness, hospitality, and unwavering love for
his family defined his life and will remain his greatest legacy.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Dharmi, his four children Mahesh, Vimla, Naresh, and
Naina, his adored grandchildren Kabeer, Ajay, Simran, Gautam, Sameer, Aarush, Ali, and
Anjali, his two sisters, his niece and nephews, and his extended family, who will forever hold
his memory in their hearts.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 9:30am at 
Brookside Crematory, 453 Chrisitan Lane, Berlin, CT. Prayer and commemorative
luncheon in his honor will follow at Gurdwara Nanak Darbar, 1610 West Street,
Southington, CT.

In remembrance of his legacy, the family respectfully suggests contributions to Gurdwara
Nanak Darbar in lieu of floral offerings.
