Linda M. Edwards

Linda M. Edwards, age 72 of New Britain, widow of Robert Edwards; entered into eternal rest on Monday, April 25, 2022 at The Hospital of Central CT in New Britain.

Linda was born December 14, 1949 in New Britain, CT; the beloved daughter of the late Kenneth LaClair & Mary (Marhefka) LaClair. Linda lived her whole life in New Britain and attended local schools.

Linda was a loving and dedicated mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to many. She will be remembered most for her love of spending time with her family.

Linda is survived by her: four sons, Kenneth, Michael, Brian, and David Edwards; daughter, Tracy Edwards; four sisters, Clair LaClair, Beverly Spencer, Elaine Bernard, and Dolores Bourgeois; six grandchildren, Mytasia Edwards, Nicol Alexandre, Shilena Alexandre, Pernell Clemonts, Javien Martinez, and Mariah Edwards; great-granddaughter, Scarlett Diaz; and a host of extended family and friends who will cherish her memory.

Friends may greet the family on Friday, April 29, 2022 from 9:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. at Luddy and Peterson Funeral Homer, 205 S. Main St. New Britain, CT. 06051. Interment will immediately follow to St. Mary’s Cemetery in New Britain.
