Linda Folts

Linda L. Folts, age 74, of Bristol, passed away on Friday September 3, 2021.

She was born May 5, 1947, in Caribou, Maine, to Edward and Agnes Dubay.

Linda loved being around her family and entertaining her friends, especially over a good meal. She loved to shop and was always dressed for success. She also loved country music and was a wonderful square dancer in her younger days.

She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Ubner & husband Scott of New York; her grandchildren, Christopher & Adam Ubner, Peyton & Zachary Folts, Seneca Josey; a brother, Louis Dubay & wife Kathleen Dubay of Rocky Hill; former spouse Jack Folts of New York; and several nieces & nephews.

She is predeceased by her son, Owen James Folts; significant other Maurice Godbout; sisters, Rita Wardwell and Lorraine Thibeault, and brothers, Lionel Dubay and Bert Dubay.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 11:00 at the Bethel Christian Church, 750 Stevens St. Bristol, following the service a reception will be held at the church.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in the form of memorial donations may be made to Sheriden Woods Resident Council, 321 Stonecrest Dr. Bristol, Ct 06010.
