Lisa Chasse Obituary

Lisa (Pipitone) Chasse, 60 of Plainville, CT. passed away peacefully during the early morning of Monday, December 28, 2020 at Bristol Hospital.

She was born on May 8, 1960 in New Britain, CT., to Norma Bannell and Anthony Pipitone and has lived between Las Vegas, NV. and Connecticut her whole life.

Lisa is survived by her two sons, Jason Pipitone of Plainville, and Jeffery Chasse, his wife Krystle, and Lisa’s granddaughter Blake, of Southington. She is also survived by her brother Nick Pipitone and his wife Rita, and leaves behind several loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Lisa loved spending time with family and friends, especially at Lake Williams or the beach. An avid Michael Jackson and Dallas Cowboy fan, she enjoyed music, dancing, cheering on her team, and playing with her Granddaughter.

She was known as a fighter and a pillar of strength to her family and friends; her nurturing and caring instincts made her the wonderful Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend. She loved and valued her family and friends. She was a role model and friend to all and left her mark on many who had the honor of experiencing her courage, kindness and sense of humor. Lisa took pride and can be remembered for her hard work and dedication at Gnazzos Food Center in Plainville over the years where she was always a friendly, familiar face. Lisa will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Special thanks to all the staff at Bristol Hospital, Hospice, and Home Care who really helped in these past few months, we are truly grateful for their special care and kindness. The family will not be holding a memorial service at this time and hopes everyone stays safe and healthy.
