Nancy (Kovach) Buffing

Bristol – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Nancy
(Kovach) Buffing, 84, of Bristol, on Monday, November 10, 2025.

Born March 15, 1941, in Teaneck, NJ, she was the daughter of the late
Dorothy (Hamer) Kovach and Carl Kovach. Nancy graduated from Teaneck
High School in 1959 and earned a BA in Liberal Arts from Arcadia
University in 1963. She worked in Human Resources for Konica Minolta
and its predecessors for 41 years, retiring in 2011.

Nancy was predeceased by her former husband Bill Buffing and her
beloved partner of 38 years, Bob Kindulas. She is survived by her
daughters Diane Doyon and husband Stephen of Bristol, Lori Bernabucci
and husband Bill of Bristol, her sister Carol Currier and husband Bill of
Ohio, and her pride and joy, her grandson J. Wyatt Doyon, an Army nurse.

Nancy and Bob loved traveling, visiting national parks and landmarks
across the country, and enjoyed dining out, musical theatre, concerts and
their daily Scrabble games. Christmas was Nancy’s favorite time of year,
and she took pride in hosting festive gatherings. She also loved gardening
and tending to her colorful flower beds.

At Nancy’s request, there will be no calling hours or services. Cremation
will take place, and her ashes will be spread with Bob’s.
