Patrick C. Chambrello Sr.

1939 - 2021

Patrick “Patsy” C. Chambrello Sr., 81, of Kensington, reunited with his true love Regina “Reg” (Bolduc) Chambrello on April 11, 2021.

He was born on November 23, 1939 in Hartford, to the late Pasquale and Mary (Ferro) Chambrello.

He moved to Berlin in 1943. Patsy found true love with his wife Reg and was blessed to have his soulmate for 55 years.

He raced and owned stock cars for over 20 years and he was an ironworker for Local 15 Hartford for 45 years. After retiring, Patsy farmed full time which was his greatest passion.

Survived by his children; Patrick Chambrello Jr. and his wife Karen, Regina Lee Chambrello, Lori Morin, and Joseph Chambrello and his wife Michele;  grandchildren, Shannon, Chester, Patrick III, Kayla, Jenna, Robert, Nicole and Brooke; great-grandchildren, Dionell, E.J., Joseph, Ryan and Patrick IV. Pat loved all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, especially his great-granddaughter Brooke who was the apple of his eye. He also leaves his sister Mary Walton and her husband Dick.

In addition to his wife, Pat is predeceased by his brother Rocco.

Following dads wishes, there will be no calling hours and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. While our hearts are broken over the loss of our beloved father, we find comfort in knowing that he is now with our mom, from whose death he never recovered. He will be greatly missed and live in our hearts forever. Patsy worked hard and lived simply.

I am so sorry to read about the passing of "Pat"  I have many fond memories of chatting with him while purchasing some of his farm fresh eggs and wonderful produce. I knew he was ill, but was hoping to see him again this spring.
God bless all of you.

I'm So Sorry, to hear about the Loss of your Father, Grandfather, and Great Grandfather !   He was always so pleasant and good to talk to, every time I stopped by, to purchase vegetables., and apples.  He enjoyed talking and visiting with people.   Pat also enjoyed his animals, too.   He was a really nice man, that will truly be missed !   My condolences to all of you.

To Pat's family:  I am so sorry to hear about his loss.  He was the best friend to my dad (Phil T.), like a brother.  I always was happy to see him, he was so warm-hearted, a genuinely great person.   "They don't make 'em like him anymore," as they say...that's for sure.  May all your fond memories bring you all comfort at this time.  With deepest sympathy,  Christina (Todaro) Morris
