Patrick “Patsy” C. Chambrello Sr., 81, of Kensington, reunited with his true love Regina “Reg” (Bolduc) Chambrello on April 11, 2021.
He was born on November 23, 1939 in Hartford, to the late Pasquale and Mary (Ferro) Chambrello.
He moved to Berlin in 1943. Patsy found true love with his wife Reg and was blessed to have his soulmate for 55 years.
He raced and owned stock cars for over 20 years and he was an ironworker for Local 15 Hartford for 45 years. After retiring, Patsy farmed full time which was his greatest passion.
Survived by his children; Patrick Chambrello Jr. and his wife Karen, Regina Lee Chambrello, Lori Morin, and Joseph Chambrello and his wife Michele; grandchildren, Shannon, Chester, Patrick III, Kayla, Jenna, Robert, Nicole and Brooke; great-grandchildren, Dionell, E.J., Joseph, Ryan and Patrick IV. Pat loved all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, especially his great-granddaughter Brooke who was the apple of his eye. He also leaves his sister Mary Walton and her husband Dick.
In addition to his wife, Pat is predeceased by his brother Rocco.
Following dads wishes, there will be no calling hours and burial will be private at the convenience of the family. While our hearts are broken over the loss of our beloved father, we find comfort in knowing that he is now with our mom, from whose death he never recovered. He will be greatly missed and live in our hearts forever. Patsy worked hard and lived simply.
Luddy-Peterson Funeral Home, 205 South Main St., New Britain has been entrusted with the arrangements. For online condolences please visit www.luddypetersonfuneralhome.com
