Richard Pekala

Richard Pekala, resident of New Britain, passed away on April 30th, 2024. He was 60years old.

Richard was born in New Britain, CT. His parents, 1 sibling and grandparents are predeceased. Richard’s father was Jan Pekala, passed away May 6th, 2016, his mother Cecylia Pekala, passed away October 21th, 2008, his sister was Ursula Albert, passed away November 21, 2022. His grandparents were Anthony and Antonina Pekala.

Richard survived by his 2 sister’s and their husbands. Halina and Louis Shelden residents of New Britain and Jane and Thomas Grant residents of Plainville. Richard is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews who lives throughout CT.

A private family memorial services is being held on Friday, May 17th at 9:00am at the Sacred Heart Cemetery in New Britain.
