Samuel M. Kochuk

It is with heavy hearts that we must tell you about the passing of our dad, Samuel M Kochuk, 79 of East Hampton on April 18, 2022.  

Sam was born March 2, 1943, in Middletown, to the late Samuel Kochuk and Ann (Naumec, Kochuk) Kustosik. For years, Sam enjoyed riding his Harley and traveling up and down the coast with his little dog Willie. He enjoyed Bingo, music and dancing, and even danced with Loretta Lynn.

He leaves to mourn his passing, his daughters, Angela (Brooke) Tegge and MaryAnne Niver and his son, Samuel (Janel) Kochuk. 11 grandchildren, Jaimie, Christopher, Samantha, Alex, Benjamin, Ryan, Rachelle, Brandon, Jennifer, Sara, and Brooke Jr. 15 great grandchildren, Taylor, Logan, Aiden, Alex Jr, Paige, Lilly, Jake, Riley, Jacob, Miles, Daisy, Lily, Weston, Doug and Lilly and his sister, Priscilla Veliz. He was predeceased by his grandson Robert Kochuk and son-in-law Robert Niver.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Luddy & Peterson’s Funeral Home & Crematory. A celebration of life for Sam will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022, at 274 Forest Drive, Wethersfield, Ct from 2-5pm.
