Scott Nathaniel Squires

Scott N. Squires, 44, departed this life surrounded by those who love him on Thursday April 29, 2021 after a courageous 6 year battle with cancer.

Scott will be missed greatly by his daughter Emily Miranda who was Scott’s entire world. Scott’s second family Les, Dena and Seth Forbes who loved him greatly through the years will be missing his smile and jokes. Scott was an Uncle to Emily Grace, Alannah and Annaliese, the daughters of Elizabeth (Forbes) and Timothy Raffile Jr. Scott leaves behind the great love of his life Bridget Mauro and her family.

Scott was predeceased by his mother Kathleen Palmer Squires. He is survived his father George Squires of Tucson AZ, his brother Paul and his sister Bonnie (Squires) and Ken Kicak and their children.

Scott was born on January 13 1977 and is a former resident of Guilford and Wallingford.

The services will be held at Yalesville United Methodist Church on May 5th 2021 at 11 AM with a celebration of Scott’s life to follow at the VFW Post 591 Bishop Hall.

Scott had a great love and respect for wolves therefore the family is asking that in lieu of flowers a donation be made in Scott’s name to the organization Wolf Haven International.
