Shari Ann (Frugale) Morris

"It is with profound sorrow we announce the passing of a beloved mother, daughter, sister, and aunt - Shari A. (Frugale) Morris on October 20, 2025.

She is the daughter of Jacqueline (Lagasse) Frugale and late Thomas Frugale, born April 1969 in New Britain.  She was a proud mom to her wonderful son Jaden Morris and her cute puppy Sox.  She shared many years with her best friend William Whipple.

She enjoyed bringing delight to loved ones by giving big gifts, especially to her son and nephews.  No matter what kind of day you were having, she knew how to put a smile on your face.  She loved telling jokes and making people laugh.  She was fierce competitor, always trying to bring her team to victory at annual Christmas game night.  She adored and spoiled her puppy Sox.  She was an avid true crime buff, intently watching and following live court cases and sharing judgment on who was guilty.

She is survived by her son Jaden T. Morris, her significant other William Whipple, mother Jacqueline (Lagasse) Frugale, sister Elizabeth Frugale Johnson - Brother In-law Adrian Johnson, Nephews Arius Johnson, Cameron Johnson and his wife Jennifer Johnson and sons (Shari's Grand Nephews) Khai and Koah.  And several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. 

All family and friends are welcome to gather for prayer and to share memories at the Luddy & Peterson’s Funeral Home, 205 South Main Street, New Britain on October 28, 2025, from 10am - 12pm with a luncheon to follow at Portifino’s Restaurant, at 246 New Britain Road, Berlin.  

Memorial contributions/donations may be made to the Von Hippel’s Lindau Alliance organization at VHL.org.   Von Hippel’s Lindau Alliance is dedicated to curing cancer through VHL research.”
