Theresa Danielson

Theresa N. Danielson “Mem”, age 83, was welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at her home in Windsor, CT.   She was born on January 4, 1940 in Van Buren, Maine.  She was the daughter of the late Adolph and Modeste (Martin) Thibodeau.  She was employed at Stanley Works in New Britain before retiring.

Theresa cared so much for her family and they came first.  She always put others' needs ahead of her own.  She was a very kind, giving and humble person.  She loved babies and was frequently called the baby whisperer as she could always get any crying baby to sleep with her soft singing.  

Theresa is predeceased by her husband Carl “Pep” as well as by several brothers and sisters.   She leaves behind her daughter Carla Lonardo and her husband Thomas of Cheshire, CT; son Mark Danielson and his wife Sheree of Bristol, CT; daughter Karen Dallaire and her husband Steven of Windsor, CT; and son Kevin Danielson and his wife Nelda of Naugatuck, CT; 12 grandchildren Kimberly Simone & husband John, Erik Peterson, Stephen Danielson, Michael Danielson & wife Kat, Ryan Gallicchio and wife Alyssa, Matthew Rucci, Kristina Rucci, Andrew Rucci, Thomas Danielson, Lydia McMains and her husband Matthew, Juliana Rizzo and her husband Joshua, and Luke Danielson; 9 great grandchildren Ella Simone, Maya Simone, John Simone, Elijah Danielson, Giada Gallicchio, Aria Gallicchio, Matthew Rucci, Lily Burtnett, and Emily Burtnett; brother Martin Thibodeau and his wife Muriel, brother Fr. Raynold Thibodeau; brother Normand Paradis; sister-in-law Edwina Thibodeau and many nieces and nephews, as well as a host of extended family.  

A Christian memorial will be held at the VA Cemetery in Middletown, CT on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at 12:00 noon.
