Thomas J. Carroll, 71, passed peacefully on February 16, 2021. He was the son of the late Joseph F. and Alice (Osakowicz) Carroll. He was born and raised in New Britain, CT, and attended local schools.

Thomas proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.  He was employed by Mattabassestt District for 37 years before his retirement.

Thomas leaves behind his: sister, Ann Raia of New Britain, CT; brother, John and his wife Dorine Carroll of New Britain, CT; sister-in-law Mary Ann Carroll of San Diego, CA; and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his: sister, Mary Carroll; brothers, Joseph Carroll; Edward Carroll, Richard Carroll and his wife Barbara, William Carroll and his wife Hedy; and brother-in-law Samuel Raia.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Joseph's Church, 195 S. Main St., New Britain, CT. at 9:00AM, on Saturday, February 27, 2021. Interment will proceed to St Mary's Cemetery in New Britain. Share a special memory or condolence at www.luddyandpetersonfh.com.
