Thomas Oslander

Thomas "Tommy" Oslander, 46, passed away unexpectedly February 19, 2022 after his battle with cancer. Born September 15, 1975 in New Britain, CT, the son of Thom Oslander and Roseanne (Aleksiewicz) Rivera. Tommy graduated from Orville Platt HS and worked most recently at Fosdick Corp. as a material handler. Tommy touched many people in his short life on this earth. He had many physical challenges since he was born and was able to overcome most but this battle was too much for him to prevail. He lived with his soulmate, Karen Uba. Tommy was predeceased by his father Thom Oslander, SR; grandparents Aleksiewicz and Oslander and Uncle Gerald Aleksiewicz. Tommy is survived by his two daughters, Brianna and Cassandra Oslander; his mother and stepfather Roseanne and Daniel Rivera; sisters Priscilla Oslander, Daniella and Sarahi Rivera; brothers Victor and Samuel Rivera; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and many more friends. A Celebration of Life will be held this Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Luddy & Peterson's Funeral Home, 205 South Main St., New Britain, CT.
