William Thomas Hueller

William Thomas Hueller, AKA Wildman to many of his friends, departed this earthly world on October 17, 2022. 

He was born on June 14, 1979 in Plainfield New Jersey, but spent most of his life in Newington and New Britain, Connecticut. 

From a young age, Bill demonstrated incredible athleticism.  He learned to swim as an infant, before he could even crawl, and was known as “the baby that swims”.  He played baseball all through elementary and middle school, where he formed some friendships that would last a lifetime.  Once in high school, Bill played on the football and lacrosse teams where he ignited many more meaningful and lasting friendships with some amazing teammates.  Recently, Bill had joined an adult softball team with friends and coworkers from Germano Fence where he had worked for the past several years.  Bill was an avid Giants fan all his life and was so happy to see their victory on the Sunday before he passed.  He also enjoyed music and attended many concerts and music festivals over the years with many of his closest friends.  Bill was always ready to party, and he had so many fun times with his Millard Street and 709 families.  Many will remember his trusty sidekick Dingo, who undoubtedly greeted him with a stick and wagging tail when he reached the other side.  One of his greatest qualities was his kindness and love of animals. 

Bill leaves behind his son, Elijah Timothy Hueller, as well as his mother and stepfather Agatha and Wayne Tilford, his father Thomas Hueller, his sister Agatha M. Hueller, and his niece Agatha K. Hueller.  Bill also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, and cousins that loved him very much, in addition to many friends that became family over the years, including his long-time girlfriend Karlie Wheeler and lifetime buddy Jeremy Sziabowski.

A Memorial Service Honoring Bill's Life will be held Tuesday, October 25, 2022 from 5:00 PM - 8:00PM at Luddy-Peterson Funeral Home, 205 S. Main St. New Britain, CT. 06051.  Share a condolence or a special memory of “Bill at www.luddyandpetersonfh.com.
